OnTrac Insurance Requirements:
- Auto Liability: Combined Single Limits required of $1 million OnTrac listed as Certificate Holder & Additional Insured
- If Any Auto is selected:
- No VIN Number needs to be listed.
- If Any Auto is not selected, all three of the following must be selected on the certificate:
- Scheduled Autos, Hired Autos, and Non-Owned Autos – List at least 1 scheduled VIN
- If Any Auto is selected:
- Cargo Insurance: Limits required of at least $25,000 OnTrac listed as Certificate Holder
- State Permits
- Insurance will file to activate if needed
- Workers’ Compensation insurance in all jurisdictions where your company operates
- Employer Liability not less than $100,000 per occurrence
