Kara Voelker-Hatch

Vice President, Insurance Broker

Kara is a Shareholder of Teague Financial Insurance Service in La Mesa, CA. She serves as Vice President of Employee Benefit Sales. Kara has enjoyed over 20 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration. She also served on the Board of Directors for San Diego’s Health Underwriters (SDAHU).

Kara is an integral part of the Teague family, consistently demonstrating leadership, work ethic and expertise as an Employee Benefits Top Producer. Her dedication to building strategic partnerships with clients has been instrumental in helping companies achieve their goals with competitive benefits programs that balance value and cost-effectiveness. Kara surrounds herself with top professionals who are committed to each other and share best practices unselfishly. She attributes her success to her ability to embrace those practices and implement them consistently. When surveyed, her clients express deep gratitude for her knowledge, clear communication, and consistency.

Kara moved to San Diego in 1997 after graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad and their 4 children, Trevor, Landon, Logan, and Saige. Kara loves to go camping and off-roading in the desert and enjoys experiencing everything Disney.
