Open to full-time, part-time, and internship candidates, the program provides hands-on training in key areas like agency management systems, insurance compliance, and industry best practices.
Over 6–12 months, participants build foundational skills, transition into a licensed Customer Service role, and explore tailored career paths, including Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
