Program participants receive comprehensive training in the essentials of insurance, including:

A Structured Path to Professional Growth

Step 1: Foundational Administrative Training

The journey begins in our Administration Department, the operational core of our agency. Here, participants learn the back-office processes that are critical to our success. This hands-on experience includes training on carrier portals, document management, and support workflows, providing a 360-degree view of how we serve our clients.

Step 2: Professional Licensing

After a period of 6 to 12 months, based on performance and aptitude, Teague sponsors participants to become licensed insurance professionals. This is a significant milestone that marks the transition from foundational training to direct client service responsibilities. We provide the resources and support needed to ensure success in obtaining this crucial credential.

Step 3: Placement in a Service Role

Upon licensure, participants move into an entry-level service role as an Associate in our Personal Lines department. They work directly alongside an experienced Account Manager, learning fundamental processes like handling renewals, endorsements, and service requests. This mentorship-driven approach helps build the skills needed to support client retention and deliver exceptional service.

Exploring Long-Term Career Opportunities

The Launch Program is designed to open doors. Once an individual has established a strong foundation as an Associate, they can begin to explore various career paths within the agency. We are committed to helping our team members find the role that best suits their skills and ambitions.

Receive training in the following areas which could lead to a career path in:

  • Account Manager: A service-driven role focused on managing day-to-day client needs and supporting a Producer’s book of business.
  • Account Executive: A specialized role partnering with an Account Manager and Producer on larger, more complex accounts.
  • Producer (Sales): A sales-focused position centered on bringing in new business, supported by a dedicated service team.
  • Accounting: A role focused on the agency’s financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Marketing: A position responsible for marketing new and renewal business to carriers to secure the best coverage for our clients.
